Event Rules and Policies


  1. Teams should report to the assigned field at least 1 hr before game time, please provide proof of insurance to the Tournament Desk prior to the first game of the tournament.

  2. Warm-ups will be conducted in the open play areas behind each field. Do not hit or throw balls into permanent or temporary fencing. Any player warming up a pitcher must wear a mask.

  3. Pitcher will be allowed 5 warm up pitches her first inning & 3 warm up pitches thereafter. All new pitchers will be awarded the same.

  4. After each strike out the catcher must throw the ball directly back to the pitcher. No around the horn.

  5. After each defensive out infielders are NOT allowed to come into the circle. Get back in position and get ready for the next pitch.

  6. When the game is over, teams must leave the field immediately after shaking hands. We will be on a tight schedule and you must adhere to this rule. Please be courteous and clean up after each game.

  7. All games will be 7 innings or 80 minute time limit. No new inning after 80 minutes. Games can end in a tie. Time starts at 1st warm up pitch.

  8. International tie breaker will be played after 7th inning if time has not expired.

  9. All ASA rules apply unless specified in tounament rules.

  10. Free substitutions will be permitted on offense and defense.

  11. No line up cards needed.

  12. Teams will furnish one new .47 core, ASA approved optic yellow ball to the umpire prior to the start of each game.

  13. Teams will furnish their own water.

  14. Home team/visitor will be determined by coin toss. First team listed in bracket will occupy home team dugout.

  15. Home team will keep the book. Visiting team will keep the scoreboard.

  16. No players, team coaches or parents/spectators will be allowed in areas designated “College Coaches Only”.

  17. No protests

  18. Remember this is an exposure event. No bad behavior will be tolerated.

  19. In case of uncontrollable circumstances or interruptions due to weather, the Tournament Director reserves the right to alter the tournament format in anyway necessary to maximize the number of games played by each team.
