Refund/Rain-out Policy

  1. Teams that cancel after the entry deadline in the tournament, September 30, 2011, will forfeit all rights to a refund.

  2. Teams that cancel prior to the entry deadline will be refunded the full amount minus a $100 administrative fee.

  3. Teams that have paid the entry fee and are put on a waiting list will be refunded the full amount if they are not accepted in the tournament.

  4. If playing conditions are deemed unplayable by the Tournament Director, Umpire in Chief and Facility Staff the following refund will apply:
    a) If the entire tournament is cancelled a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee will apply
    b) If any games are played a $100 non-refundable administrative fee will apply. After that a per game refund will apply.
    c) A refund of $90 per game NOT played will be returned to each team (ie: played 3 games, but did not play 2 – your team will be refunded $180).

Please note that 100% of the proceeds of this tournament will go to support Tomorrow’s Champions Charities. If you choose to donate a percentage or all of an amount refunded to you please see Stacy Tamborra
